Nicole convinced me to connect with Kai and hear about the need for ventilators. Kai was looking for engineers to help design and build a ventilator in weeks, and had a whole bunch of concepts already flushed out.

Then Rosie convinced her MIT classmates Jeffrey and Peter to join up with us.

Then Jeanne convinced Blair to tackle the manufacturing arm.

Kau’i then jumped in and got a team together to help us sort out the legal and regulatory waters.

These women got this off the ground and acted before we on the team got ourselves connected together. Mahalo for being connectors.
