Mahalo Rafa
This is Rafa Bahamonde Nieto, a buddy who lives in Spain. He helped us track down one critical sensor that has eluded us so far. We all reached out to friends abroad hoping a hidden local pocket of parts would be available for us to buy. Without these sensors, we won’t complete some data sets for our FDA app.
The world is sold out of so many parts we absolutely need. We even got duped into sending money to a company in Asia that unfortunately turned out to be a fraud. We are not the only team in the world taking chances like this.
Rafa could not find what we needed but he found an equivalent sensor in Spain that we can make work and arranged for us to buy it and express ship it to Hawaii. How about that. Community stepping up on island Earth.
I met Rafa in Houston and then got to hang out with him in Lisbon. We are both in this video here.
Mahalo to all of my friends from around the world that got my emails, WhatsApps, Messengers, and texts to dig locally for hidden stock. Connecting back up was a nice gift too!
Check out our mahalo page. We will be adding a whole bunch more folks to the list who are helping.
